Tour Rate/Tariff

Pricing for all our all-inclusive tour/trek packages are based on the minimum tariff fixed by the government. The minimum fixed government tariffs are as below:

Peak Season Rates: (February, March, April, May, September, October, and November, and December)

  1. Individual traveler: US$200 per night (plus surcharge of US$40/night/person)
  2. Groups of two people: US$200 per night per person (surcharge of US$30/night/person)
  3. Groups of three or more: US$200 per night per person (no government surcharge)

Off-Season Rates: (January, June, July) $165

  1. Individual traveler: US$165 per night (plus surcharge of US$40/night/person)
  2. Group of two people: US$165 per night per person (surcharge of US$30 /night/person)
  3. Group of three or more: US$165 per night per person (no surcharge)

There is a government surcharge of US$40 per night for an individual traveler and US$30 per night per person for groups of two. For groups of three or more there is no government surcharge.

* All our trips are all-inclusive packages. Travelers pay one price, and everything they need for a complete trip within Bhutan is included, leaving out-of-pocket expenses to a minimum. There are also no additional taxes.

All the Tour/ Trek Packages are inclusive of :

  1. Accommodation on twin sharing basis.
  2. All transfers and sightseeing within Bhutan.
  3. Services of licensed English speaking guide.
  4. All meals
  5. Flexible handcrafted itineraries
  6. Royalty & Tax to the Government
  7. Good camping equipment, experienced guides, support staff and porters for trekking trips.
  8. All land transportation.
  9. All entrance fees
  10. Pre-departure information and extras listed on trip itineraries.

And is exclusive of

  1. Travel Insurance
  2. International airfare and en route stopovers
  3. Druk Air airfare
  4. Excess baggage charges and airport taxes
  5. Transfers, expenses and services outside of Bhutan
  6. Wire transfer fee for transferring tour payment
  7. Charge for All types of personal expenses like Beverages (alcoholic, soft drinks & bottled water)
  8. Laundry and Telephone calls
  9. Tips to Drivers & Guides.
  10. Visa Fee $20
